Scope and content:

Alcaroid, a highly efficient antacid containing the vegetable digestive ferment - caroid; The American Ferment Co. Buffalo, N.Y., U.S.A. The can has some contents, but lid is rusted on. There are directions for use on the label. The can measures 6cm x 4.3cm in diameter. The item was collected by Mrs. Chopivsky's husband, Dr. Chopivsky.
