Addendum to the Papers of Richard B. Lillich [a], 1966/1993

Scope and content:

This addendum consist of documents related to two international disputes: Wintershall v. Qatar, and Enka Insaat v. Republic of Irak. There are also other miscellaneous United Nations Center Against Apartheid files, correspondence, and other materials.

These files were found in a closet at the UVA Law School in the fall of 2017 and transferred to Special Collections.
