A small glazed ceramic horse figurine, painted turquoise, with the texture of its hair and its features depicted in the molding. It has four white socks (markings). The figure is depicted as turning its head back to look behind it. 11. Boobrie. An each-uisg, or green demon water-horse, which haunted the island of Mull, coming ashore to devour both cattle and human beings; but which sometimes assumed the shape of a bull or of an enormous bird, being in all these forms equally treacherous and destructive.
