This box includes the continuation of Scrapbook 9 as well as Scrapbook 10. The later scrapbook contains correspondence and cards from President Ronald Reagan and Vice-President George Bush. Photos include President Ronald Reagan; trips to Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and England; Whitehurst's 1984 Campaign; and the 1984 Neptune Festival in Virginia Beach (where Whitehurst presided as King Neptune).
