This sub-series contains legal advice and counsel to the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and court cases involving the NRHA. This sub-series also contains real estate contracts and agreements between the NRHA and other entities. Material dates from 1940 to 1964. This sub-series is arranged alphabetically.
