In the foreground, King Albert is second from the left, next to Vice President Marshall (top hat and cane) and Mount Vernon Resident Superintendent Harrison H. Dodge (far right of forefront individuals). The photographer's stamp appears on the reverse. A handwritten caption (by Harrison Dodge) reads: 'Belgian King, Queen Crown Prince just after landing at Mt. Vernon wharf. (All appear to be hopping) Oct 29, 1919'
