- Black and white photograph of George Ford at Washington's tomb. George Ford was employed by the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association and was a guard at the tomb from 1924-1935. The photograph was taken by Charles H. Kaessinger on February 18, 1929 while on his honeymoon at Mount Vernon with his new wife, Mae Helwig.
