A.L.S. White House. Gives his legal opinion as to a dispute among them. First the fact that the seine was not received by Mr. Washington at the appointed time, necessitating many difficulties. Second, the Hoopers did not receive the required loom but are entitled to some compensation for work done. His judgment is for $275 for Mr. Washington.
