Got home yesterday and Polly's [Blackburn] fever seems worse--will take her to Dr.'s when she is able to travel--fears cruel ride to Greenwood will be hard to take--write how she likes her housekeeper--Dickey [R.S. Blackburn] very industrious, hopes it will last. Autograph letter signed, integral cover, laminated. Name on original manuscript appears as "C. Blackburn."
