Cautions her not to drink pump water and avoid night air--also cautions [Bushrod Washington] against too much fatigue--asks for some calico which Mr. [Nath.] Craufurd will pick up on next trip. Autograph letter signed, integral cover, laminated, directed "favor Mrs. Keith," watermark incomplete, letter written on cover addressed to Mrs. Craufurd, Greenwood, several messages written on cover. Name on original manuscript appears as "S. Craufurd."
