Printed Certificate, certified by John A. Washington and witnessed by W. B. Magruder, Mayor of Washington, stating that the series of Lithographs advertised, are framed with wood cut from trees grown at Mount Vernon. It is also certified that Mr. James Crutchett is exclusive agent for this timber.
