Use of a Pall ... $5 / Two Black Cloaks ... 2 / Bier ... 2 / 9 dollars [total]." On Feb. 20, 1800, Haigh acknowledges receipt of payment in Pittsburgh for his expenses at the mock procession. Document signed, docketed.
