Much obliged for her present--thank Mamma [Christian Blackburn] for tamarinds--glad [Mamma] is going to Bath for health--little Mary [Craufurd] very ill and emaciated--will dry peaches for her--afraid Mamma didn't like her cherries for she gave them away. Autograph letter signed, integral cover, laminated, incomplete watermark. Name on original manuscript appears as "S. Craufurd."
