Autograph letter signed, integral cover, postmarked by hand "Alexa.", docketed "Title Papers - John P. Custis' Lre. directing payment of money for King and Queen Estate to Jams. Hill and engaging a title to J.H. - Mem - Deed is recorded in the Genl. Court."
