Small bound book of quotes and notations in several different hands. Origins of the notebook are unknown. Mrs. Comegys is quoted as well as Petrarch and Dickens. A folded note in the back of the book quotes Miss Cunningham in regards to qualities of a Vice Regent. RM-319, MISC-2988
