Urges Mrs. Hudson to keep secretaryship, thinks she should be paid for work. Offers to remain after Council and copy papers. Suggests duplicate copies of all reports and resolutions made, one for filing and one for press. Suggests order of business to be made permanent. Six thousand names of school children in her Record Book. ER-11, p. 186
