A.L.S. Atlantic City. Unsatisfactory work on Tomb. Abrahams did bad job on it, did not line it with Portland cement. Mr. Fosse, Mr. Emmart's man, tried to get out of redoing work. Seems to be a connivance between the two men. Hopes Emmart will correct the situation. ER-6, p. 255
