Mr. Herbert cannot remember specific dates or work operations performed at Mount Vernon, however he reported all work to Miss Cunningham and Mr. Riggs and left all contracts of work done at Mount Vernon when he left. Mrs. Herbert (Tracy) believes all these papers should still be at Mount Vernon and were reviewed by Dr. Marks upon Miss Cunningham's request. ER-6, p. 144
