Thomas Dwyer Amory (VMI Class of 1916) was a First Lieutenant, 26th Infantry (Regular), 1st Division, American Expeditionary Forces. He was killed in action while leading an assaulting platoon ahead of his regiment, near Verdun, France on October 2, 1918.
