Biographical / historical:

Jeffrey H. Mosher served in the United States Army from 1970 through 1973, during which time he achieved the rank of Specialist and was a helicopter crew chief door gunner. At the time of this interview he was a Chief Petty Officer with the United Navy Seabees.
