The ROCKS, Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides mentorship, scholarship and fellowship to ROTC Cadets. The mission of the VMI "Promaji" ROCKS Chapter is to support the overall mission of The ROCKS, Inc. by establishing relationships between minority cadets and military officers.
