This will certify, that Saml H. Craun has paid in at this office one hundred dollars, for which amount Registered Bonds, of the Confederate State of America, bearing interest from this date, at the rate of four per cent, per annum, will be issued to him, under the "act to reduce the currency and to authorize a new issue of notes and bonds." approved February 17, 1864, upon the surrender of this Certificate at this office.
