Includes final, approved minutes without signatures, as well as draft, unapproved minutes. Full board minutes also include meeting packet attachments, including agendas, articles, revenue and expenditure summaries, correspondence, guidance documents, legislation, presentations, public hearing comments, regulations, and reports.
