This subseries is housed in 21 boxes and is divided into 5 sections: Agency and Subject Files, Thank You Notes, Correspondence-Chronological, Special Projects and Events.

Subjects found in the Agency and Subject Files division include: Virginia's response to the Avian Influenza outbreak in the Commonwealth in 2002 (b32, f2).

The Thank You Notes division is arranged in chronlogical order and consists of incoming thank you notes to Erskine. The Correspondence-Chronological division consists of copies of Erskine's outgoing correspondence only.
