Coverage of the "Williamsburg Award," presented to Winston Churchill in London on 8 December 1955. The coverage was carried live by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). The award was presented by Winthrop Rockefeller, chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Rockefeller also reads a message from President Dwight Eisenhower.
