Reverse of Group portrait of NASA astronauts with model space shuttle (ABFR-23-034-036). Typescript text reads, "Three of the 35 New Astronauts. Three of NASA's newest group of astronauts selected in January 1978 pose with mockup of the Space Shuttle at the Johnson Space Center. The group includes, from left to right, mission specialists Ronald "Ron" E. McNair and Guion "Guy" S. Bluford, and pilot Frederick "Fred" D. Gregory.
