Website of the North Old Town Independent Citizens' Association of Alexandria, VA (NOTICe). NOTICe is an incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit civic association "dedicated to the promotion, protection, and preservation" of the North Old Town neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia. Founded in 1999, their mission is to "educate and inform the residents of North Old Town on matters of public interest, promote their interests and the welfare and common good of the neighborhood."
