Along with course syllabi, course requirements, and student policies, this series also contains College of Nursing Newsletters. Carrier, submitted a proposal to the State Council of Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV) to develop a nursing program at the College. It was not until 1979 that SCHEV granted permission to activate the program.
