RESEARCH DIVISION 0400\" and \"BRUEL \u0026 kJAER.\" There are two additional labels on the back of the box that read \"B \u0026 K INSTRUMENTS, INC. 5111 EST 164 STREET CLEVELAND, OHIO 44142 (216)267-4800\" and \"BRUEL \u0026 KRAJER TYPE 4220 SERIAL 210273.\" Stamped on the back of the box below these labels is \"Made in Denmark.\" Inside the wooden box is a black velvet lining with inlays that hold the four pieces of the pistonphone. A black strap on the interior lid of the box holds four sheets of paper that deal with cerifictation and proccessing of the pistonphone.
