Up to the lecture at 2:30 and that was horrid, before it closed it was raining awfully. Then instead of the Tennesseans, they had the orchestra and it was fine. Then Miss Hemenway came on in a long white robe with a white cross hanging at her side and her hair in two braids down her back. It was fine!!! She had to stop once because of the rain. When she stoped it just rained torrents! I never saw it rain so hard before. it was just a perfect roar. The roof of the tent was leaking and people had there umbrella's up.
