All these appraisals were done by independent appraisers, for the CRHA. The files contain an immense amount of information on the properties: project maps, summation of project values, area facilities, data on locality, conditions on the properties, real state tax rates, comparative sales, lot descriptions, owner and rental information, certifications, individual parcel appraisals and photographs.
