Tetrick was also a founding member of the George Rogers Clark chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.","Willis Guy Tetrick, Jr. (23 August 1911-30 December 1995) was the oldest of W. Guy Tetrick's four children. He attended West Virginia University, graduating in 1934.
